WHHS 2022 AP Exam Fee Update
Attention AP Students and Families- January Update
Please look at your student account on PowerSchool within the next few days. AP Exam fees have been posted and are payable now. Please check that each AP course in which you or your student is enrolled is listed.
You may pay your student fees online at payforit.net, by money order made out to Walnut Hills High School or in cash brought in person to the school office during normal office hours. We cannot accept personal checks.
Were you expecting reduced fees?
If you feel that your family qualifies for reduced fees and they are not reflected on your student’s account, that means we did not receive your Free and Reduced Lunch Program approval letter.
You must reapply every year for Reduced AP Exam fees.
Unfortunately, an approval from last year does not carry over to this year’s fees.
We understand there may be confusion since school lunches are free for ALL students this year. But, to qualify for reduced fees you must apply through the Food Services application site at www.schoolcafe.com AND submit your approval letter as soon as you receive it.
Deadline for submission of this approval letter has been extended to February 11th. Please apply NOW so that your approval will be back in time to meet the new deadline.
